The papers relate largely to Boodhoo's professional activities as Curriculum Supervisor for Art in the Ministry of Education, Trinidad and Tobago, and Chief Examiner of Art and Craft, Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC). The collection contains mainly typescripts, handwritten notes and printed materials. Included are drafts of lesson plans. The collection was donated to The University of the West Indies in 2005 by Mr. Kenwyn Crichlow, lecturer at the university's Centre for Creative and Festival Arts.

The collection is separated into two accruals. The first set is comprised of materials received in 2005 and relate largely to Boodhooʹs professional activities as Curriculum Supervisor for Art in the Ministry of Education, Trinidad and Tobago, and Chief Examiner of Art and Craft, Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC). The items are mainly typescripts, handwritten notes and printed materials. Included are drafts of lesson plans. The second accrual contains items received in 2009 and it provides biographical information, highlights of his career as a painter, as well as the manuscript for his novel Between Two Seasons. A selection of published art books from his personal library also accompanies the collection.
